Teaching

I just realized that I didn't really explain well what I am going to be doing over in Ukraine. I am going to be voluntarily teaching English to kids from all different socioeconomic statuses. I will be living with a host family who will support me in my teaching endeavors. Many times the host family have children who are or were in this school system. An average day for me will probably involve a couple hours of teacher preparation, 6 - 1/2hr. teaching sessions with young Ukrainian children, time spent with the host family, and language classes. I hope this helps you understand a little more of what I will be doing while in Ukraine.
