Day Two of Prague

Sept 27th, 2010

As soon as we woke up and got ready we went to visit Lesser Town and look at the Oldest Living Castle in Europe. The Czech president still works there and it is still 'living' according to our tour guide. We also went to the Saint Charles bridge which was built at 5:31am on July 9th, 1357! It is soo old! The reason I remember the date is because they built it on that time exactly. 135797531:) After we got done with our tour then we went to find the museum of torture and get some food...aka pizza! (The photos are not in order, but these are a few from the day)

Deeds and I trying to get warm while Sara and Emilie get gelato!!!! ha!

Emilie really wanted to go to this torture museum we saw the first day and we finally found it. It was pretty gory...and extremely disgusting. Interesting as well I suppose!

MMMMMM!!!!!!! This was a little restaurant we found in an alley way called Giovanni's pizzeria. That pizza was delicious and so was Emilie's tomato soup! Mmmm!!! So good and such a cute little place.

This was the doorknob to the Prague Castle!

This is inside the Prague Castle. It is an extremely beautiful building. We only got a short look at it though!

Part of the Prague Castle.

So pretty!

I couldn't get over the red roofs!

Oh how I love these girls!

This was where the Senate worked.

This is on the St Charles bridge. This is actually John and it is believed that when he was pushed off the bridge into the water that 5 rays of light came up from around his body and so now they put this halo of stars around all of his statues.

The group! They are all wonderful!
