THIS IS REALITY

I have been thinking about these girls all day long. I had to write something about each one of them because it is important that I remember how I feel about all of them in this moment. These girls are some of my closest friends now and were in High School. Look at where we all are now! It amazes me to think about the changes we are making and the impact we are making on the world around us. It would be selfish to want to keep all these fabulous ladies to myself.

Hannah Holtgeerts - Chicago @ DePaul University 
Constantly changing strangers' lives through her actions. There are few selfish moments in her life. She fully experiences life. She fully appreciates life for its sorrows and joys and everything in between. She acknowledges God in all that has happened and is happening and will happen. She trusts Him and loves Him. She is genuine and loving and one of my favorite people in the world.
Amy Cole - New Orleans @ Loyola University 
Her laugh is one of my favorites in the whole entire universe. I love that she can be with anyone anywhere and enjoy herself. She is carefree and fun and I rely on her spirit and her love for life more than she knows. Always up for a grand adventure no matter what that may entail. She has listened to me complain and pout and just babble for way too many hours and I can never repay her for that.
Meghan Murray - Southern California @ Azusa Pacific
She found herself. She knows God and she relies on His divinity in her life every day. She can make me laugh like no one I know and I hope never too much time will lapse without her near. Her life choices are enviable. I do not know anyone who is as great with children as her. She is gorgeous with a glowing smile that radiates God's love. She is real and alive more than ever before in her life.
Hayley Rieger - Spokane @ Gonzaga
My best friend forever. She will always listen to me no matter what the context. She has the best hugs in the whole entire world. Her life is full of joy and happiness and smiles. She appreciates what she has every day and she never forgets to have a little fun. She is always genuinely herself. Sometimes I get random calls/texts from her that change the course of my entire day for the better. There is no chance that I will ever let her slip away from my life.
Monica Archer - Seattle @ University of Washington
I truly love Mopo. Spending three sports with her every year in high school caused me to be friends with someone I never knew I would otherwise be close with. We are opposites in many ways, but I cannot imagine high school without her around. She is so incredibly smart and gorgeous and loves to have a good time all the time. She is lighthearted and laid back and dances to any type of music.


All of them have changed my life. They have brought smiles to hundreds of faces. Each of them will end up at the pearly gates certainly ready to enter. I have so much faith in humanity because of friends like these who are so different and far from me. Because of that, I know that there are many other strangers different from me similarly affecting the world as these ladies are. So thank you a million times over for making the world a better place simply by your presence in it.
