(Said in a high pitched childish voice) "I'm going to make popcorn. Are you going to make popcorn? I'm going to make popcorn! I want to eat. Do you want to eat? I want to eat! I like cheese. Do you like cheese? I like cheese!" I find myself repeating sentences such as these over and over again to myself in front of little children who have no idea what I am saying! It is utterly frustrating. Hopefully they will understand more as the weeks go on! The best part of today was the beginning when Deidra and I had a 45 minute opening instead 15 minutes. I got dog piled on and it just insane and hilarious! Even Deidra and I were cracking up! haha! I will upload the video she took later:)

PICTURE TIME! Deidra and I have had so many adventures lately. In the house and out in the city. Today was fun! We woke up and got on the metro and just explored the city. 

We found the Friendship Arch! Ukraine and Russia became friends!!!!

And a bridge that we later found out was called the Kisses Bridge! and it is the only walking bridge in Kiev. 

We saw this pony on it! hahaha!

We got lost and found a beautiful little cathedral.

Then we found these old houses in the woods and a trolley! too funny!

and finally we headed to St. Sophia's which was pretty but we didn't go inside because it cost money...but we went to the top of the bell tower which was gorgeous!

At night we did some Russian lessons again! it was so much fun.

Oh my goodness... we are having so much fun...I do miss a couple things about home...like my car and the ocean:) The city is a different environment for me but it's great!!!!
